Digital Marketing Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to promote training programs.
  2. Design and optimize engaging content for social media, email, website, and blogs to increase audience interaction.
  3. Plan and create promotional materials (flyers, videos, graphics) and capture event media to enhance brand visibility.
  4. Manage social media presence, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to improve future initiatives.
  6. Execute email marketing and lead generation strategies to nurture leads and boost sales.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize digital efforts with program launches and ensure cohesive branding.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing engaging content for various digital channels.
  • Ability to design and produce high-quality promotional materials and capture event media.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM strategies.
