**Job Title:** Information Security Manager
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing and maintaining our Security Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and implementing security solutions to protect our systems and data.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing SIEM Solution: Oversee the effective collection, analysis, and reporting of security-related events through our SIEM solution.
  • Correlation Rules: Develop and maintain correlation rules to detect potential security threats and ensure timely flagging.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Create and update reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into our security posture.
  • ELK Stack Components: Design, implement, and manage ELK Stack components, ensuring seamless integration with external tools and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and health of SIEM components, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Log Parsing: Develop and maintain log parsing rules, filters, and pipelines using Logstash and Beats.
  • Data Retention: Ensure compliance with data retention policies, including backup and security procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams to onboard new data sources and define log collection requirements.
  • Indexing and Search Performance: Optimize indexing and search performance through tuning and scaling strategies.
  • Incident Response: Support incident response efforts by leveraging the SIEM to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents.

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and implementing security solutions.
  • SIEM Solution Management: In-depth knowledge of SIEM solutions and their implementation.
  • Correlation Rule Development: Ability to develop and maintain correlation rules to detect security threats.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Skill in creating and updating reports and dashboards.
  • ELK Stack Component Management: Experience in designing, implementing, and managing ELK Stack components.
  • Performance Monitoring: Strong analytical skills for monitoring performance and health of SIEM components.
  • Log Parsing: Knowledge of log parsing rules, filters, and pipelines using Logstash and Beats.
