Kitchen Director

The Head Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including scheduling and coordinating the work of kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety, and controlling food and payroll costs.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including scheduling and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations and increase productivity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff, including developing and implementing training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance kitchen staff skills and knowledge.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Professional Certificate or equivalent in any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
