About the Role:

The Senior Plant HR Specialist will be responsible for ensuring strong and active presence at all levels in the plant, facilitating consistent and fair implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance and interpretation on all HR-related matters. This includes:

• Facilitating communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations.
• Guiding managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
• Ensuring proper implementation of the performance management system and providing facilitation and support in that exercise.
• Facilitating implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.
• Recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Handling staffing needs at the plant site for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Attending to employees' inquiries on compensation & benefits.
