Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of an e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and Python, with experience in building and consuming REST APIs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, extending, and maintaining backend logic, including authentication, products, orders, and payments. They will also be expected to build and consume REST APIs, write clear API documentation, and create basic tests.

Responsibilities
  • Backend & API Development (Laravel/PHP, MySQL)
  • Implement, extend and maintain backend logic (auth, products, orders, payments)
  • Build/consume REST APIs; write clear API docs and basic tests
  • Shop Setup & Customization
  • Install & configure shop/marketplace templates (React/Laravel)
  • Add products, set collections, apply branding (logo, colors, texts)
  • Payments & Integrations
  • Integrate Stripe & PayPal (mandatory) and verify complete checkout flow
  • Hosting & Security
  • Set up hosting (Linux/Ubuntu/cPanel), databases, DNS
  • Configure Cloudflare (DNS, caching, security)
  • Automation & Python
  • Small Python scripts for automation/data handling; assist future AliExpress integration
  • Documentation
  • Document installs, configs, APIs for repeatable scaling
  • Compliance
  • No subcontracting; follow NDA/confidentiality policies
Requirements
  • Laravel/PHP + MySQL (backend & REST APIs)
  • Basic Python scripting
  • Payments: Stripe & PayPal integration experience
  • Hosting basics (FTP, DB, DNS) & Cloudflare setup
  • Frontend (React/Next.js/Tailwind) is a plus
  • Independent, reliable, detail-oriented
