Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and processing laboratory tests, briefings patients, and handing over laboratory test reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in using computers and basic applications. A good understanding of laboratory tests and procedures is also necessary.

This role involves handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining records, and confirming test requirements with patients. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.

Requirements
  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of computer applications
  • Adequate knowledge of laboratory tests and procedures
