Job Title: Audiologist

Audiologists play a vital role in the healthcare system, diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and calibrate audiometric equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Administer diagnostic audiological tests for adults and children to identify potential hearing issues.
  • Interpret test results and provide counseling to patients with hearing disorders, ensuring they understand their condition and treatment options.
  • Maintain good working knowledge of current and past hearing aids and assistive devices, enabling effective recommendations for patients.
  • Fit and verify hearing aids and assistive devices for patients with hearing loss, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Educate patients about various hearing aid settings and features, empowering them to manage their devices effectively.
  • Identify, test, diagnose, and manage disorders related to hearing, balance, and tinnitus, providing comprehensive care to patients.
  • Counsel patients on appropriate care pathways and treatment plans, ensuring effective management of their hearing difficulties.
Business Operations:
  • Maintain patient records and reports of sales, inventory, diagnostic tests, and other relevant data, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
  • Monitor stocks, marketing materials, and essential items for running the clinic, coordinating with the central team for order processing and replenishments.
  • Develop strong relationships with doctors, patients, and internal/external stakeholders through proactive outreach and communication.
  • Exhibit exemplary teamwork and collaborate with stakeholders to plan outreach activities and schedule home visits as needed, ensuring patient convenience.
  • Maintain accountability by monitoring patient progress and resolving any difficulties related to hearing aid settings or programming.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) or Master's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP)
  • 6 months to 5 years of clinical experience, with a proven track record of success in patient care and business operations

Benefits:
