We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our software project management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception through monitoring and closing, to ensure timely delivery exceeding expectations.
  • Gather requirements, define scope, allocate resources, and establish schedules that meet or surpass project demands.
  • Communicate relevant project information effectively and accurately to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by internal departments.
  • Utilize project management tools to track plans, work hours, and schedules.
  • Propose innovative ideas for process improvement with a positive attitude, fostering this mindset in others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; certifications in Agile or PMI are beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain flexibility.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong planning and implementation abilities.
  • Capability to achieve high results under pressure.
  • Experience in project documentation.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence.
  • Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI, or CSPO are advantageous.
