About the Opportunity

Our company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-velocity fintech product that reshapes SME financing in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own features end-to-end, from designing APIs and writing backend logic to implementing the frontend.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to shape early-stage ideas into high-impact product experiences.
  • Build robust systems that scale gracefully, with a codebase that's maintainable and adaptable as the product evolves.
  • Use shared types across the stack to reduce integration errors and improve developer velocity.
  • Deploy code regularly and maintain a tight feedback loop with users and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience as a full stack developer with backend-heavy focus.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Comfort working across the stack, especially in early-stage environments.
  • Familiarity with common startup needs — auth, emails, cron jobs, etc.
  • Ability to manage your own development workflow and ship features quickly.
