Job Description

This role is responsible for managing business operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.

  • Manage inventory levels and CRM maintenance to ensure accurate data.

  • Oversee cross-border payments and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.

  • Provide on-ground support and represent the sales team in site visits and client walkthroughs.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve operational roadblocks.

  • Stay up-to-date on policy updates, project knowledge, and disseminate information to relevant teams.
