B2B Marketing Lead

We seek a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead demand generation initiatives, lead acquisition strategies, and marketing communications enablement across key markets.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience in one or more global regions, with at least 2 years of demonstrable success in demand generation within the IT services sector.

This role requires exceptional operational execution, strategic thinking, and regional marketing expertise. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-velocity, performance-oriented environment driven by a passion for building scalable marketing ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create comprehensive Global Marketing strategy and implement it under senior leadership.
  2. Maintain hands-on experience with Apollo, Instantly, Spyfu, Ahrefs, Semrush, ZoomInfo, NeverBounce, and drive Demand and lead engine historically.
  3. Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Management, and Regional leads to create market-specific enablement content for MENA, North America, and APAC territories.
  4. Orchestrate social media strategy ensuring brand consistency while driving measurable engagement across key platforms.
  5. Demonstrate advanced expertise in marketing platforms including email automation systems, LinkedIn advertising ecosystem, Google Marketing Platform (Search & Display Networks), and intent-based lead acquisition technologies.
  6. Design and execute data-driven account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value accounts and strategic verticals.
  7. Lead and mentor marketing teams of 4+ members successfully.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience preferably in enterprise IT services, software, or technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to architect and execute impactful social media communications strategies for B2B tech brands with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of buyer journey mapping, funnel optimization, multi-touch attribution, and performance analytics frameworks.
  • Experience in marketing enablement across global territories such as MENA, North America, and/or APAC.
  • Strong command of modern marketing platforms including email marketing systems, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and third-party intent tools.
  • Demonstrated success in using platforms like G2, Clutch, and The Manifest to build trust and accelerate demand.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, project governance skills, and ability to drive initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.
