**Virtual Assistant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including managing emails, calendars, and other correspondence, conducting research and compiling data, arranging travel bookings and accommodations, assisting with document preparation and organization, coordinating with team members and external partners, and handling basic accounting tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to client inquiries and manage email inboxes
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Conduct research and compile data as required
  • Arrange travel bookings and accommodations for clients and staff
  • Prepare and distribute documents as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
