A role with significant responsibilities, you will manage endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle. This involves provisioning, refresh, asset management, and decommissioning. You must adhere to IT policies and standards.

As a key member of our team, you will provide on-site support, following ITIL processes such as change, incident, and problem management. You will also research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues following standard procedures.

Team Lead Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and understand the basic function and operation of the business unit.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation and management of team members, participating in hiring and delivering feedback.
  • Deliver disciplinary action up to and including terminations to direct reports and have regular meetings with the team.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate feedback to customers and ensure all issues are properly logged.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Additionally, you must have 6-8+ years of experience in the field assigned, understanding information systems environments and systems.

You will need to have a basic understanding of ICT infrastructure, good verbal and written skills, and ability to work in teams and independently.
