
Process Improvement Analyst

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and priorities, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop strategic recommendations.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis and document processes to boost business efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define project objectives and priorities.
- Stay updated on the latest IT advancements to automate and modernize business processes.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Develop reports and data-driven insights using tools like Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Create visual process models and diagrams using Lucidchart or similar tools.
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and present findings to key decision-makers.
- Work with project management tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, and Trello to track progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to interpret business needs.
- Experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics for data insights.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools like Lucidchart for visualizing workflows.
- Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, and Trello.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
