Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the intake process from land sales to utility applications.
  • Perform due diligence on project documents and initiate the utility application process.
  • Submit project applications to the relevant authorities and track progress.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication of project status.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate accountabilities and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of business office experience with knowledge of general business processes.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, organization, and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and Adobe Pro.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional remote office environment. The employee will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
