We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative assistance to our CEO, enhancing personal social media interaction, conducting online research, generating leads, and assisting in building the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage director's Social Media Accounts efficiently.
- Handle correspondence by ensuring prompt message relay.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records promptly.
- Lead Generation to gain potential customers through targeted strategies.
- Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking accurately.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects efficiently.
- Provide general clerical support effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- English Proficiency: Professional level spoken and written English required.
- Organizational & Time Management: Efficient management of multiple tasks, scheduling, and meeting deadlines is essential.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with a professional demeanor, is mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy & Research Abilities: Proficiency in MS Office, social media tools, and conducting online research is required.
- Lead Generation & Social Media Management: Experience in generating leads and managing social media accounts to boost engagement is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Creative thinking and adaptability to changing demands, handling personal tasks discreetly, and performing any tasks as needed are essential qualities.
This role requires a high level of organization, proactive approach, and ability to multitask. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly. As we are a remote team, effective communication and self-motivation are key to success in this position.
