Clinical Research Manager Role

The Clinical Research Manager role plays a critical part in the commercial buying experience. In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing team efficiency with a significant impact on the entire Commercial organization as well as to the client experience.

  • You will be accountable for pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce.

  • Draft contracts for new sales and renewals through create a contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce.

  • Assist internal partners in fixing net renewal rate (NRR) in Salesforce Einstein and provide support.

    • Participate in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within Salesforce.

    • Participate in Unified Product Framework (UPF) projects and assist with providing meaningful solutions.

    • Resolve general inquiries related to new sales and renewals.

    • Provide subject matter expertise while performing root cause analysis of issues within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.

    • Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, cash apps, and collections to resolve client queries.

This is a permanent night-shift position (5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m).

We are looking for a strong communicator with good written and verbal skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate should possess a positive mindset, excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to integrity and excellence with a client-first mindset.
