Financial Reporting & Accounting Expert

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. This includes preparing accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Some key responsibilities include:
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
  • Assisting in preparing consolidated financial statements and conducting variance analysis.
  • Forecasting the company's financial status and assisting with future planning.


Audit, Compliance & Internal Controls Specialist

In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits. You will coordinate and provide documentation required for regulatory and audit reviews, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and preparing corresponding reports.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving internal control procedures and policies.
  • Researching technical accounting issues for compliance and providing analysis to the CFO.


Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Professional

You will assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts. You will monitor departmental budgets and perform detailed variance analysis, assist in cash flow forecasting, investment modeling, and cost-benefit analysis, and coordinate the preparation of financial plans and performance reports.

Some key skills and qualifications include:
  • CA/ACCA qualified or finalist with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


Operational & Process Improvement Leader

You will identify opportunities for improving efficiency in financial operations. You will support and contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), document business processes, and update accounting policies to support internal controls. You will also drive automation and consistency in reporting and reconciliation practices.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Guiding and mentoring junior finance and accounting staff.
  • Delegating and overseeing tasks within the accounting team.


Leadership & Collaboration Expert

You will guide and mentor junior finance and accounting staff, delegate and oversee tasks within the accounting team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights to support business operations. You will represent the finance function in leadership discussions and support strategic decision-making. You will prepare and present financial reports to the CFO and executive leadership.
