Responsibilities:
- Contact patients via phone to discuss their outstanding balances and provide billing details.
- Answer patient inquiries and resolve any disputes or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update patient records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
