Business Development Manager
About the Role- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing successful business plans, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
- To develop and execute marketing strategies that expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, efficiency, teamwork, enthusiasm, discipline, mutual respect, and integrity in all interactions.
- Create and implement business plans to increase revenue and maximize margins in line with organizational goals.
- Report weekly on achievements and pipeline progress.
- Drive new leads by creating, implementing, and successfully executing tactical plans.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks as required by management.
- Explore and develop new business territories.
- Lead the preparation of bids and tenders for key accounts.
- Bring in new business opportunities and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
- Experience working with non-governmental organizations on behalf of contracting companies.
- Personal or business references regarding procurement-related tasks in governmental or non-governmental organizations.
- Inspirational ideas to drive organizational growth.
