Chief Product Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Product Visionary to lead the development and execution of our product strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, building, and optimizing ACE's product ecosystem, including consumer, business, and platform products. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, risk, compliance, analytics, and operations.

The Product Visionary will drive innovation and execution across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that ACE delivers smooth, scalable, and high-performing money transfer solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a multi-year product strategy to ensure ACE Money Transfer's products remain best-in-class
• Building a scalable product architecture that supports high transaction volumes across multiple corridors
• Driving product differentiation by leveraging technology, automation, and data insights to enhance remittance services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product teams in a global, fast-paced environment
• Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of payment rails, FX, compliance, and fraud prevention
• Ability to analyze user behavior, A/B test relentlessly, and optimize flows based on KPIs
• A strong technical foundation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers
