Job Title: Senior Insights Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Insights Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Insights Consultant, you will be responsible for independently designing research projects, executing, and delivering tracking dips for key accounts.

You will work closely with clients to resolve their queries and provide insights that drive business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and commercial acumen to deliver high-quality research outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the client for any inputs required to update questionnaires.
  • Coordinate with the client for any inputs/feedback on bilingual questionnaires and finalize the questionnaire accordingly.
  • Develop project reports containing research findings.
  • Presentation of the report to the client.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to coordinate with the finance team for project recording, formalities, initiation, and invoicing. You must have excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
  • Completed post-graduation in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the research industry.
  • Analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.
  • Business writing skills.
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic commercial skills (cost and time management).
