Senior Insights Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insights Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently designing and executing research projects, delivering tracking dips for key accounts with minimal supervision.

  • This role involves coordinating with clients to gather inputs required to update questionnaires, finalizing bilingual questionnaires, and preparing field Master Kit documents in coordination with the Project Management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical ability with proven numeracy skills, excellent business writing and commercial skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Additionally, they will handle simple client project queries regarding research inputs and outputs, communicate and coordinate with clients at various stages of projects, and travel across the country for briefings and fieldwork accompaniment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business questions and requirements.
  • Develop analysis plans in coordination with the Project Management team.
  • Present project reports to clients.
  • Develop healthy working relationships with clients.

Requirements:
  • Completed Post Graduation in Business Administration, preferably but not limited to marketing.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the research industry.
  • Strong analytical ability with proven numeracy skills.
