Regional Head Sales Operations: Solar and Renewable Energy

A leading engineering company is currently looking for a Regional Head (Sales & Operations) to handle the Pakistan Renewable Energy Market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales, margin, and income targets, generating revenue and managing business operations and KPIs. This includes driving sales and distribution targets, ensuring profitability, and implementing principal objectives through effective market execution.

The successful Regional Head will manage key account negotiations, lead a team of Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers, ensure regular market engagement with the sales team, and provide business reports as per specified formats.

Job Specification

To qualify for this position, you must hold an MBA with an Engineering background and have 9-10 years of managerial solution sales experience in Pakistan.

  • You should have a strong understanding of the renewable energy market and be able to drive sales growth.
  • Your ability to lead a team and manage key accounts will be essential in achieving success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
