The Regional Head Sales & Operations is responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales, margin, and income budgets, generating revenue for the company, as well as managing business operations and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will be tasked with achieving qualitative and quantitative targets across the region. Additionally, you will drive sales and distribution targets, ensure the profitability of the business, and implement principal objectives through effective market execution.
You will manage key account negotiations to meet primary visibility standards, lead a team of Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers through on-field coaching and mentoring, ensure regular market engagement with the sales team, and provide business reports as per specified formats.
Job SpecificationTo qualify for this position, you must hold an MBA with an Engineering background and have 9-10 years of managerial solution sales experience in Pakistan.
