Key Performance Indicator Analyst

This role is all about analyzing and presenting data to drive informed decision making.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Key Performance Indicator Analyst who can distill complex data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data stories
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Microstrategy, etc.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, database management, SQL querying, data warehousing, and online analytical processing (OLAP)
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and effective communication techniques
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
