Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. They will analyze large datasets, identify trends, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

About the Role:

  • Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across multiple industries.
  • Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for large clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Manage working relationships with client managers and act as a trusted partner.
  • Create predictive models using segmentation and regression techniques to drive profits.
  • Review analytics end-products to ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science).
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence.
  • Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex solutions.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
