We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop new employees to enhance productivity
  • Develop compensation packages and oversee benefits to attract top talent
  • Analyze weekly sales performance and produce end-of-week reports
  • Outsource projects to other centers and conduct feasibility studies
  • Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Report on operational and team management matters to senior leadership
  • Monitor and control all areas of sales, including customer service, planning, staff training, and development

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, professionalism, ethics, and target orientation. You should also possess leadership qualities and experience as a supervisor/team lead.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
