Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely invoice processing and payments.

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accurate financial transactions recording.

  • Assist in tax return preparation and ensure company compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

  • Monitor and manage company cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity for operations.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and records.

  • Analyze company expenses to recommend cost control improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional qualifications like ACCA, CA, ICAEW, or equivalent are preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
