Administrative Human Resources Strategist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our human resources department. The Assistant Manager HR & Admin position is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for strategic planning, administrative tasks, and employee relations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. This includes contributing to salary survey data collection and submission, coordinating recruiting events, and managing personnel records. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to address employee complaints, disputes, and grievances in a professional and empathetic manner.
You will also oversee overtime and time-sheet management, administer payroll, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will participate in performance-based bonus evaluation and market performance bonuses, ensuring that our team members are fairly compensated and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent
- Contribute to salary survey data collection and submission to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events to showcase our company culture
- Manage personnel records, including personal details, position, salary, and performance evaluations
- Address employee complaints, disputes, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
