AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team. As an AI/ML Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that drive business value.

  • You will work with a variety of technologies including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain to build and train models, as well as integrate APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
  • Your experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras will enable you to develop complex models for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, NLP solutions, and computer vision tasks.
  • With your expertise in data processing and workflow automation using tools like Airflow and dbt, you will design and implement efficient data pipelines that meet business requirements.
  • As a strong communicator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored AI/ML solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for documenting processes and providing knowledge transfer to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless handovers and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Python (primary language), PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API / Anthropic API / Gemini API, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras, MLflow / Weights & Biases.
  • Data Analytics: Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly), Excel / Google Sheets, ETL Tools: Airflow, dbt.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field; 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML/Data Analytics.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience delivering real-world AI projects, strong communication skills, familiarity with agile workflows, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
