Senior Officer Education Position

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Senior Officer Education. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities related to education and training by providing comprehensive student support.

The ideal candidate will be able to work under tight deadlines, possess good communication, interpersonal, and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk activities, facilitate distribution of publications, and issue fee receipts in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate and assist students, members, registered tutors, and training organizations with their inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of handling general queries and provide necessary support to associated parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC recognized University with at least 2-3 years of experience in handling facilitation and education-related matters.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
