About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team at ABSOL Global Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing site functionality, architecture, and data content to resolve end-user inquiries and issue reports. This will involve communicating effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction.

  1. Support End-User Inquiries: Respond to client issues in a timely manner, using your expertise to troubleshoot web application problems and provide solutions.
  2. Assess Issue Criticality: Evaluate the severity of each issue and communicate with clients within the agreed-upon time frame to keep them informed.
  3. Provide After-Hour Support: Offer extended hours support service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met even outside regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the project management team to confirm issue validity and coordinate with the development team for implementation. Develop strong relationships with clients to set expectations and manage their concerns.

  1. Develop SQL Queries: Design and execute SQL queries to update front-end and back-end site content as required.
  2. Site Administration: Perform daily site maintenance tasks, including updates and modifications to site content.
  3. Customized Reporting: Generate customized reports as needed for our clients.
