We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to drive our customers' business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft 365 platform. As a customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and us, helping them leverage their Microsoft Cloud investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
  2. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant teams, to enable continuous improvement.
  3. Actively engage with business and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of M365, securing long-term customer engagements.
  4. Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision-makers to ensure they understand M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology.
  5. Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise.
  6. Demonstrate a Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
  7. Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse and learn from others to help accelerate your customers' transformation journey.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
