As a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving business applications and AI transformation on the Microsoft 365 platform. This customer-facing position requires expertise in both technical strategy and relationship-building between clients and our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering value to customers through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. Strong presentation skills, with comfort addressing both large and small audiences, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, experience working in customer-facing roles and leading technical projects is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by understanding and communicating the M365 value proposition to clients.
  • Leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services and technical subject matter expertise to resolve issues blocking go-live of customer success projects.
  • Demonstrating self-learning mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).Collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to drive decisions collaboratively and resolve conflicts effectively.
