Main Job Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including utility bill payments and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee vehicle management, including regular inspections and maintenance.
  • SOURCE AND MAINTAIN OFFICE SUPPLIES AND IT EQUIPMENT.
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and deliver receipts.
  • Record and maintain accurate attendance data.

Working Relationships:

  • Collaborate with the Administration Manager to arrange accommodations for employees.
  • Support supplier management and procurement efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and procurement roles.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
  • Valid driver's license preferred but not necessary.
