**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Xiaomi Technology.
Main Job Duties:
- Manage office operations, including utility bill payments and equipment maintenance.
- Oversee vehicle management, including regular inspections and maintenance.
- SOURCE AND MAINTAIN OFFICE SUPPLIES AND IT EQUIPMENT.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and deliver receipts.
- Record and maintain accurate attendance data.
Working Relationships:
- Collaborate with the Administration Manager to arrange accommodations for employees.
- Support supplier management and procurement efforts.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and procurement roles.
- Proficient in office software applications.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not necessary.
