Purchasing and Administrative Manager
A dynamic and results-driven Purchasing and Administrative Manager is required to lead procurement and administrative operations, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic procurement plans that optimize purchasing costs and quality standards.
- Procurement Cycle Oversight: Direct the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and purchase order processing.
- Vendor Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and laws governing procurement activities.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately document procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
Administrative Functions:
- Office Management: Supervise administrative personnel and oversee office management tasks to guarantee efficient daily operations.
- Facilities and Supplies Management: Handle office facilities, supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies regarding administration and procurement.
- Procedure Development: Design and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, licenses, and legal documents.
- Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to support operational and administrative needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and administration roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant legal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPP, CPSM).
- Experience working in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
