Job Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled professional to join our industrial operations team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience working in plant settings, who is ready to grow into a structured environment.

The candidate must reside near Port Qasim area, such as Landhi, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Steel Town, or Bin Qasim Town, to ensure ease of daily commute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in plant operations, equipment handling, and daily production tasks
  • Operate and monitor pumps, chillers, valves, filtration systems, or dosing units
  • Support routine maintenance and upkeep of machinery
  • Supervise helpers and coordinate small teams during shift work
  • Maintain basic logs and report operational issues to supervisors
  • Follow standard safety and cleanliness procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical diploma (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) preferred but not required
  • 2+ years' hands-on experience in any industrial plant (e.g., chemical, water treatment, boiler room, textile, or food processing)
  • Strong working knowledge of fluid systems, pipelines, tanks, and industrial maintenance
  • Experience supervising or managing helpers/labor is essential
  • Must live near Port Qasim Industrial Area (Landhi, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Steel Town, etc.)
  • Willing to learn and grow into a permanent operations or supervisory role
  • Physically active, reliable, and safety-conscious
