Job Title: Sales Operation Specialist

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline daily sales operations and processes.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and records accurately.
  • Generate regular sales reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and documentation.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and suggest process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the Auto & Spare Parts industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
