Team Leader

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of customer service by ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase business volume.
• Handling customer complaints efficiently and providing effective solutions.
• Monitoring and controlling all operational activities of sites and projects.
• Assigning tasks to sales staff and monitoring their activities.

**Requirements:**

*** Required Skills and Qualifications:***

• 4 to 8 years experience preferably in a similar role.
• A background in Woodwork or strong Woodworking knowledge is essential.
• Proficient in dealing with client demands and can handle customer complaints efficiently.
• Excellent Communication, Managerial, Organizational, and Conflict Resolution Skills are required.
• Computer literacy in MS office application and proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Fully qualified and experienced in Sales specifically showroom sales.
