Regional Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales and distribution activities within assigned clusters.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales and distribution operations in designated regions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, franchises, and retailers.
  • Evaluate potential outlets based on key criteria, including coverage, financial strength, brand affiliations, and reputation.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve commission, payout, and legal queries from channel partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in DICT products and solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
