Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods through our warehouse facilities.

You will work closely with our inventory management teams to optimize stock levels, streamline transportation planning, and maintain accurate documentation systems.

Your primary focus will be on reconciling inventory discrepancies, optimizing aged stock movement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient disposal of damaged products and stock.

In addition, you will design and implement warehouse pick-phase methodologies to meet critical customer needs in real-time.

You will also maintain accurate documentation and filing systems for all completed shifts and ensure timely submission of reports and required forms to internal and external customers.

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining inventory levels at retail shops and warehouses through strategic management.

Furthermore, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues related to work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
