Job Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.

This individual will be responsible for managing a team of employees, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and storage conditions.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in database management and spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems and software.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics software.
  • Certifications in warehouse management, supply chain management, or a related field.
