Job Overview

As a seasoned DevOps professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering culture and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing automation and continuous improvement within their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a mindset shift towards automation and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Align team efforts with project goals to ensure that DevOps practices contribute to broader business objectives.
  • Develop strong analytical skills to proactively troubleshoot issues and propose innovative solutions.
Technical Requirements
  • Design and set up highly-available, fault-tolerant, and scalable applications in public cloud environments; preferably Amazon Web Services.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure according to the six pillars of the Well Architected Framework.
  • Design CI/CD pipelines for dev, staging, and production environments; preferably using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Amazon EKS is beneficial.
  • Automate and provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code; preferably Terraform or Amazon CloudFormation.
  • Monitor and log applications using tools like Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
  • Knowledge of server configuration and management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is advantageous.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry is required.
