Finance Leadership Role
\We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee our financial operations.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Accounts Payable Management: Manage and supervise the accounts payable department, ensuring timely payment of invoices and compliance with company policies.\
- Financial Operations: Oversee functions like maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\
- Tax Compliance: Ensure that tax-related processes are handled efficiently, supporting taxation and proper tax withholding.\
- Financial Reporting: Keep track of the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as requested by supervisors.\
- Payment Transactions: Oversee all payment transactions and keep track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and with external vendors and contractors.\
- Process Standardization: Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates.\
- Customer Service: Act actively on the customer service front and communicate quickly and accurately with stakeholders.\
- Query Resolution: Ensure quick resolution of each query within a reasonable time.\

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field\
- Proven experience in financial management and supervision\
- Excellent communication and organizational skills\
