Social Media Specialist
  • We're seeking an ambitious and talented individual to lead our social media efforts, engaging with our audience and shaping our online presence.

About the Position:
  • This is a part-time role (Remote + Onsite) requiring 2–3 days onsite per week with a maximum of 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong online presence through engaging content creation, community management, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement activities, including event planning, team-building exercises, and recognition programs.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, with the ability to create high-quality visual content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

Immediate joiners will be preferred. Please note that this is a remote-friendly role with occasional on-site work required.
