IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT operations manager to lead our team of technical professionals in delivering exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and computer systems.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, data protection protocols, and server backup schedules.
  • Provide second-level technical support to IT staff and end-users, troubleshooting system errors and application bugs.
  • Ensure system security and user access management comply with institutional policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT operations management, with expertise in server administration, network security, and technical support.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct IT staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection regulations, and compliance standards.
