  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Prioritize client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet objectives.
  • Maintain high-level service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and drive successful project execution.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms with clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform account growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement account strategies that align with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • ACCA qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts in finance or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing corporate or B2B accounts.
  • Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting.
