Job Title:

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Business Development Lead to drive business growth in our region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business enhancement plans and strategies to promote business growth.
  • You will monitor business targets on a daily basis, identify problematic areas, and design quick action plans to ensure timely resolution.
  • This role requires managing multiple teams of technicians/engineers in the field, monitoring their performance, and maintaining strict quality control.
  • Achievement of all related targets is essential, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.
  • You will provide regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entered.
  • Hiring resources to expand teams in cities as needed, and identifying new business markets and fleet customers to support regional growth, are key aspects of this role.
  • Lastly, you will be responsible for implementing operations in the region, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Automobile & Diesel Technology or any equivalent degree.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as is automotive workshop experience and technical knowledge about automotive systems.
  • You must be able to work with urgency, handle technicians at varying levels, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also required.
