Regional Business Intelligence Lead

The Regional Business Intelligence Lead position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the management of business intelligence systems. This role involves leading cross-functional teams in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions.

A key responsibility of this role is to collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception to delivery.

This position demands a high level of expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Forms & Reports Editing. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working with large datasets and be proficient in extracting insights that inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MIS Reporting Systems and a solid understanding of business intelligence principles.
  • A degree in IT or MIS from a recognized institution, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
